Shipping & Delivery Policy

We work hard to get your supplements to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are processed on the next business day. During high-volume sale periods, processing may take up to 3 business days — we'll notify you if this applies to your order.
2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
- Free delivery on all orders above ₹499
- Shipping charges for orders below ₹499 are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Charges are displayed before you complete payment — no hidden fees
3. Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 cities (Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Agra, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Remote / rural areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or local logistics constraints.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation via SMS and/or email containing your tracking number and courier partner details. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website using the tracking number provided.
5. Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Supplements are packed in tamper-evident packaging. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging at the time of delivery, please take photos before opening and contact us within 24 hours.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos/video before opening
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@curvesports.com
- We will raise a claim with the courier partner on your behalf
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
7. Delivery Locations
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Some extremely remote areas may not be serviceable by our courier partners — in such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or offer a full refund.
