Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel:

• Or WhatsApp us at +91 93121 10022

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to follow the return process after delivery.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Product is expired

Conditions for a valid return:

• The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order ID) is required
• Clear photos of the damage/defect must be shared

To initiate a return, contact us at support@curvesports.com with your order ID and photos within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or phone within 2 business days. If approved:

• Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking)
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
• Bank processing times may add 1–3 additional days depending on your bank

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer — please share your bank details when contacting us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened, unsealed, or partially used nutritional supplements
• Perishable goods or items with broken seals
• Gift cards or promotional vouchers
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Products returned after the 7-day window
